Refund Policy

Our Commitment: No Credit Left Behind

If a portrait generation fails for any reason, including AI errors, content safety blocks, network issues, or technical faults, your credit is automatically and immediately refunded to your account. This happens without any action on your part. You will never lose a credit to a generation that did not succeed.

1. Automatic Credit Refunds (No Action Needed)

Every generation attempt is protected by our reserve-and-refund system:

  • A credit is reserved before each generation begins.
  • If the generation fails at any stage (upload error, AI error, safety block, timeout), the credit is automatically returned to your balance within seconds.
  • This applies to both free credits and purchased credits.
  • You can verify the refund immediately in your account credit balance.

2. Refunds for Purchased Credit Packs

We offer monetary refunds on purchased credit packs under the following conditions:

Full Refund: Within 7 Days of Purchase

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date, AND
  • You have used no more than 20% of the purchased credits in that pack.

Partial Refund: Extended Service Outage

If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours after your purchase, you are eligible for a partial refund proportional to the downtime, regardless of credit usage. Contact us with your purchase details.

EU / EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, provided you have not started using the credits (i.e., no generations have been initiated). Once you begin using the service, the right of withdrawal may be waived under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

Not eligible for monetary refund:
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase (except EU withdrawal right within 14 days)
  • Credit packs where more than 20% of credits have been used
  • Free credits (these have no monetary value)
  • Dissatisfaction with the artistic style of a completed, successful generation

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of purchase and approximate amount
  • The reason for your refund request

We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work quickly to resolve any billing errors. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
